Head of Digital Delivery - IP Initiatives

Formula Recruitment is partnering with a leading global company to find a highly experienced Head of Digital Delivery to oversee new IP delivery across their digital products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage decisions and outcomes for new and existing IP initiatives.
  • Collaborate with Commercial, Creative, Tech, and Product teams to ensure digital outcomes.
  • Coordinate with key stakeholders across the global business to drive success.
  • Align with desired outcomes for New IP initiatives and set success criteria with stakeholders.
  • Define MVP criteria for experiential solutions at new locations and develop scalable experiential solutions.
  • Establish and ensure experiential solution standards at new locations and identify reusable components.
  • Create a timeline for digital programme delivery with the New IP Programme Manager and design the delivery ecosystem.
  • Oversee delivery of baseline components and experiential overlays, ensuring all activities stay within the delivery budget.
  • Identify and manage delivery risks within the programme's risk management framework.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience working on a global scale, with an understanding of navigating different governance and compliance standards.
  • Strong knowledge of agile methodologies to deliver digital outcomes.
  • Ability to make informed decisions using a blend of data, insight, and personal intuition.
  • Proven ability to assess and mitigate risks between stakeholders.
