Job Title: Digital Head of Delivery

About the Role

Troi is seeking a highly skilled Digital Head of Delivery to lead the development and implementation of applications that support Enhancements, Compliance, and Projects. As a key member of the leadership IT team, you will report to the Chief Information Officer and work closely with business leaders to drive technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a technology solution roadmap and implementation strategy in collaboration with the CIO, IT Leadership Team, and business leaders.
  • Drive the adoption of new applications hosted on cloud services and microservice/containerization application architecture.
  • Lead application development to define DevOps/SDLC best practices through innovative technology solutions, design, and delivery.
  • Establish measurable and quality metrics for solutions as assigned.
  • Support the development of an effective continuous integration and delivery pipeline to build, integrate, and deploy software releases to various platforms.
  • Lead and steward technology projects through their lifecycle, including resource planning, budget monitoring, client expectation management, change management, contingency planning, risk assessment, and mitigation.
  • Implement metrics, processes, and standard methodologies to ensure high-quality deliverables.
  • Coordinate the formulation of solution architecture, estimate costs, and ensure projects meet defined requirements.
  • Establish policies and procedures based on industry standards and norms, and lead and develop the team with coaching in best practices and technologies.
  • Participate in defining and implementing a consistent application delivery and management strategy and governance structure.
  • Support the process of identifying and selecting new applications to meet specific business purposes.
  • Facilitate application review meetings to ensure quality solutions and services are delivered.

Requirements

  • Proven delivery in Change delivery and project management.
  • Relevant experience in managing a team of IT analysts and developers, including third-party management of suppliers and vendors.
  • Good knowledge of application testing approaches.
  • Good knowledge of application architecture and digital concepts, practices, and tools.
  • A deep understanding of the enterprise's business and industry, key principles of business and competitive strategy, and evolving digital and technology trends.
  • Sound knowledge of Project delivery methods, including SAFe.
