About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Cybersecurity Expert to join our team at DCS Technology. As a key partner to our clients, we are looking for an individual with deep expertise in Microsoft technologies to design and implement tailored security solutions that address their specific challenges.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and Implementation: Develop and implement comprehensive security solutions using Microsoft technologies such as Microsoft Intune, Azure Active Directory, Azure Security Centre, and Microsoft Defender.
  • Security Architecture: Design, review, and enhance security architectures to ensure they align with industry best practices, regulatory requirements, and organizational objectives.
  • Risk Management: Conduct regular risk assessments and security audits to identify vulnerabilities and develop strategies to mitigate risks effectively.
  • Identity and Access Management (IAM): Oversee IAM solutions using Azure Active Directory, focusing on user authentication, access controls, and privilege management.
  • Endpoint Security: Manage and maintain endpoint security solutions, including EPP, EDR, and MDM, utilizing Microsoft Intune.
  • Policy Development: Develop and enforce data and application security policies, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards.
  • Incident Response: Work closely with managed SOC and operational teams to develop and maintain incident response plans, leading detection, investigation, containment, and recovery efforts.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development and business units, to integrate security requirements into projects, and effectively communicate security concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field; an advanced degree is preferred.
  • Proven experience as a Security Architect or in a similar role, with a strong focus on Microsoft technologies.
  • In-depth knowledge of security principles, protocols, and technologies.
  • Proven hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune, Azure Active Directory, Azure Security Centre, and other Microsoft security solutions.
  • Strong understanding of network security, endpoint security, IAM, and data protection.
  • Familiarity with security compliance frameworks such as NIST, ISO 27001, and GDPR.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CCSP, or Microsoft Certified: Security, Compliance, Identity Fundamentals (SC-100) are highly desirable.
  • Experience with hybrid and multi-cloud infrastructures.
  • Hold Security clearance or the ability to obtain it.
