Role Overview

The position of Customer Care Specialist involves joining a dynamic team of three individuals who play a crucial role in the organization. You will need to demonstrate excellent interpersonal abilities, the capacity to calmly handle challenging situations, resilience, and a proactive attitude.

Key Responsibilities

  • Evaluating and processing warranty claims
  • Communicating feedback regarding warranty claims to retailers and customers via email and phone
  • Negotiating resolutions for issues that fall outside standard warranty claims
  • Coordinating repairs and re-soling in accordance with company policy
  • Maintaining accurate records of returns in the internal database
  • Processing returns through the ERP system
  • Analyzing and reporting warranty claims to management and suppliers

Candidate Profile

  • Enjoys regular interaction with customers
  • Experience in retail or customer service, particularly within the sports or outdoor activity sector
  • Proven history of delivering outstanding customer service with a stable employment background
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Passionate about outdoor activities and sports
  • Able to maintain composure under pressure when addressing complaints or difficult customers
  • Physically fit, as the role requires being on your feet for extended periods and some manual handling
