Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Business Systems to join our team at Sciensus. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for providing strategic leadership and oversight for our business systems, with a primary focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive the implementation, integration, and optimization of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform to support business processes and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Oversee a team of business analysts, developers, and system administrators responsible for D365 and Power Platform solutions.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership and department heads to identify business needs and translate them into effective system solutions.
  • Develop and implement business process re-engineering strategies to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest developments and advancements in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in IT leadership roles, focused on Microsoft Dynamics 365 and/or Power Platform.
  • Deep understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (both CE and F&O), Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI), and related Microsoft technologies.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading large-scale D365 implementations and digital transformation initiatives.
