We are seeking highly skilled Contract D365 Architects/Technical Architects/Power Platform Architects to join our team at Oliver Bernard. This is a 12-month contract position, with 90% remote work and occasional visits to our London office.

Job Summary

We are looking for experienced professionals to work on a government project, requiring active SC Clearances for each candidate. The successful candidate will be responsible for proposing, designing, and developing documentation for Service Cloud leveraging, as well as designing multi-org setups and configurations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop Functional Specification Documents (FSD) and High-Level Designs (HLD) for Service Cloud leveraging.
  • Design and configure multi-org setups and configurations.
  • Maximize the use of out-of-the-box features of Microsoft Dynamics 365, such as queues, assignment manager, roles, and profiles.
  • Utilize Microsoft Dataverse in a multi-org AI environment.
  • Setup and configure application authentication and authorization.
  • Migrate applications between environments.
  • Customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 using Microsoft Power Platform.
  • Develop reports and dashboards using Microsoft Power Platform.
  • Integrate with Microsoft Power Pages/Portal, SharePoint, and Teams.
  • Utilize Microsoft Azure Cloud platform native capabilities for system integration.
  • Propose integration approaches for Microsoft Dynamics 365 with other systems/services identified during the requirements gathering phase.

Requirements
