Senior Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant

We are seeking an experienced Senior Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant to join our team at Adapt 365. As a key member of our Dynamics 365 practice, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing large-scale enterprise projects, providing strategic guidance and expert solutions to our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee enterprise-level and rapid-delivery projects, ensuring timely and successful delivery of solutions.
- Architect, develop, and customize Dynamics 365 CE solutions for global clients, leveraging your expertise in the Power Platform.
- Serve as a key advisor, working closely with Project Managers, Consultants, and technical teams to drive project success.
- Collaborate directly with end-user clients, offering strategic insights and expert recommendations to drive business growth.
- Continuously enhance your expertise and mentor junior consultants, promoting knowledge sharing and best practices within the team.
- Enjoy the flexibility of remote work, with occasional travel as needed to meet with clients and project stakeholders.
About You
You bring extensive experience as a Dynamics 365 CE Consultant, with a proven track record in leading projects and delivering high-quality solutions. You possess a deep understanding of the Power Platform and are an expert in developing and customizing Microsoft Dynamics solutions.
You are a strong communicator, able to work effectively with senior leadership, including C-level executives, and are comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
You are based in the UK and are able to travel as needed to meet with clients and project stakeholders.
