Dynamics 365 CE Functional Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled Dynamics 365 CE Functional Consultant to join our team at Adapt 365. As a key member of our CRM team, you will play a crucial role in setting up and expanding our marketing capabilities on Microsoft 365.
Key Responsibilities- Technical Support: Provide expert technical support during the migration to Microsoft 365, ensuring seamless integration and minimal disruption to our operations.
- Process Improvement: Enhance operational efficiency by troubleshooting technical and data-related challenges on Microsoft 365, and implementing process improvements to optimize our marketing channels.
- Team Collaboration: Mentor and support team members during the transition to the new platform, while documenting processes and best practices to ensure knowledge sharing and continuity.
- Marketing Automation: Contribute to the development of multi-channel, automated, and personalized marketing journeys and triggers, working closely with our Marketing Automation team.
- Integration and Collaboration: Work closely with the CRM Solutions Lead to integrate with other Microsoft 365 suites, and collaborate with both IT and Marketing teams to propose improvements to our overall CRM channels.
- Data Integration: Participate in the data integration project scheduled for 2024, ensuring seamless data flow and integration across our marketing platforms.
- Strategic Contributions: Actively engage in shaping our long and short-term marketing strategy by providing recommendations and solutions, leveraging your expertise in CRM and marketing cloud solutions.
- Proficiency in Dynamics CE: You have a strong background in using Dynamics CE and are proficient in its features and functionalities.
- Microsoft 365 Expertise: Ideally, you have prior experience with other Microsoft 365 packages and system integration/migrations, with a strong understanding of their capabilities and limitations.
- CRM and Marketing Cloud Expertise: You have a strong background in CRM and marketing cloud solutions, with a preference for financial services experience, and are well-versed in their applications and best practices.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: You are data-driven, with excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills, and can interpret complex data to inform business decisions.
- Communication and Teamwork: You are an effective communicator, a team player, and can work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
