As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the implementation of D365 CE modules, collaborating with stakeholders to understand their vision and requirements, and designing, configuring, and optimizing D365 CE to enhance customer service operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the implementation of D365 CE modules
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their vision and requirements
  • Design, configure, and optimize D365 CE to enhance customer service operations
  • Provide training and support to ensure seamless adoption
Requirements
  • Proven expertise in D365 Customer Engagement (CE)
  • Experience of Dynamics 365 Customer Service business application, specifically in Customer Service environments
  • Customer Service and case management experience
  • A strong track record in delivering exceptional customer service
  • Ability to translate complex requirements into clear, user-friendly solutions
  • Microsoft Power Platform experience
  • Configuration of Tables, Views, and Forms to support the Customer Services processes
  • Configuration of Business Process Flows within the context of CRM
  • Configuration of Security Roles
  • Configuration of Workflows and Power Automate Flows
