Job Title: Dynamics CRM Functional Consultant

At Dogma Group, we're seeking a skilled Dynamics CRM Functional Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our digital transformation team, you'll be responsible for leading the scoping process of Dynamics 365 CE (CRM) projects. Your expertise will help our customers improve their business processes by recommending best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead the scoping process of Dynamics 365 CE (CRM) projects
* Recommend best practices to customers to improve their business processes
* Collaborate with project managers to manage project updates, risks, and issues
* Support user acceptance testing and end-user training
* Mentor junior consultants in the Dogma consulting team

Requirements:

* 6+ years of experience in delivering Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE/CRM projects as a functional consultant
* Strong experience in Microsoft Office applications
* Ability to start full-time work within a reasonable timeframe and have the right to work in the UK
