Job Title: Dynamics CRM Functional Consultant

We are seeking an experienced Dynamics CRM Functional Consultant to lead a migration to Dynamics CRM for a large UK Government Department and to orchestrate the strategic design and maintenance of business solutions using Dynamics 365 CRM, Customer Engagement and F&O.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct discovery workshops to understand customer needs and craft tailored proposals that address client objectives.
  • Manage end-to-end implementation of D365 projects, implementing solutions using DevOps practices for efficiency and agility.
  • Work with mixed implementation teams, translating business processes into Solution requirements and ensuring solutions meet business needs and requirements.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope and vision, advising on best practices and continuous improvement strategies.
Requirements:
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics and previous product versions.
  • Deep functional knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics Solutions & integrations for D365 Modules.
  • Strong consulting acumen and understanding of ERP from a functional and implementation perspective.
  • Understanding of other Microsoft Technologies.
  • Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills.
  • DevOps Experience and Pipeline Deployment.
