Job Title: CRM Dynamics Functional Consultant

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled CRM Dynamics Functional Consultant to join our team at Innovative Tech People. As a key member of our implementation team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality solutions to our clients, leveraging your expertise in Microsoft Dynamics CE.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Research and investigate client implementation solutions to ensure optimal results.
  2. Acquire knowledge of ISV products available on Dynamics CE from our partner for implementation.
  3. Configure or customize systems, or oversee juniors' configuration and customization as part of the implementation process to meet business requirements.
  4. Create or review documentation, including process flows, use cases, gap analysis, functional requirements, business requirements, technical requirements, and PowerPoint presentations.
  5. Conduct use case testing and system tests to verify configurations, ensuring the accuracy of the business process flow.
  6. Deliver pre-sales demonstrations, instructional demonstrations, training, and system walk-throughs to educate users, clients, and teams.
  7. Conduct road map meetings and provide monthly updates to partners, sharing relevant information with clients and considering future changes during implementation.
  8. Hold regular meetings with the development team in an Agile environment.

Requirements:

  1. 5+ years of experience in D365 CE.
  2. Pre-sales experience.
  3. Consulting experience.
  4. Functional experience; technical experience is a bonus.
