About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Microsoft Dynamics 365 Consultant to join our team at Allied Healthcare. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for configuring and customizing Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM to meet the specific business requirements of our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Configure and Customize Dynamics 365 CRM: Design and implement customized solutions to meet the unique needs of our clients.
  • Manage Data within Dynamics 365 CRM: Ensure data integrity and performance by managing data within the CRM system.
  • Integrate Dynamics 365 CRM with Other Systems: Integrate the CRM system with other Microsoft 365 tools and third-party applications.
  • Train End-Users: Provide training to end-users on how to effectively use Dynamics 365 CRM.
  • Design Solutions: Design solutions that align with business processes and optimize user experience.
Requirements
  • Experience with D365: At least 3 years' experience with D365, including customization and configuration.
  • Software Development Project Implementation: Minimum of 3 years' experience in software development project implementation.
  • Microsoft 365 Suite: In-depth knowledge of the Microsoft 365 suite, including Dynamics, Power Platforms, SharePoint, Azure, and Power BI.
  • Cloud-Based CRM: Understanding of cloud-based CRM.
Desirable Qualifications
  • IT Related Role: Previous experience in an IT-related role and working in Agile methodology (SCRUM/Kanban).
  • Large Scale ERP Projects: Hands-on experience with large-scale ERP projects and managing their implementation.
  • Business Analysis: Business analysis experience and qualifications.
What We Offer
  • Annual Salary: Up to £60k.
  • Benefits: 25 days leave + bank holidays, buy/sell holiday, enhanced paternity pay, pension, sick pay scheme, life assurance, employee assistance program, and virtual GP.
Location

This is a fully remote role with occasional on-site meetings. We are a company with offices spread across the UK and Ireland, but we value flexibility and remote work.
