We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business and Digital Support Officer to join our team at Off Mains Solutions. As a key member of our small remote team, you will provide administrative support to our project, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to our project, including booking surveys and coordinating engineers' diaries
- Keep documentation organized and up-to-date
- Track project progress and prepare insightful status reports
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
- Manage correspondence and respond to enquiries promptly
- Issue quotes and invoices from Sage Accounting
- Perform various administrative tasks to support our business needs
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a Business Support Administrator or similar role
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills
- A keen eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Strong integrity and a proactive approach
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a remote team
- High level of discretion and professionalism
- Comfortable using remote collaboration tools (e.g., Microsoft Teams, Slack, Trello)
