Children and Young People Mental Health Community Practitioner

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Mental Health Practitioner to join our team at Inclusion. As a Community Practitioner, you will work with children and young people to provide specialist mental health support and guidance.
Key Responsibilities- Provide individual and group therapy sessions to children and young people with mental health needs
- Work closely with schools, families, and other professionals to develop and implement support plans
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify mental health needs and develop strategies for support
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure comprehensive support for children and young people
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A relevant professional qualification (RMN, RNLD, Occupational Therapist, or Social Worker)
- Experience working with children and young people with mental health needs
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
