About the Role

You will be responsible for managing and delivering business intelligence analytics projects within our Insight & Performance team. This will involve aligning, synthesizing, and augmenting performance analytics from multiple data sources, ensuring outputs are shared in an accessible and impactful way.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage strong day-to-day relationships with external business intelligence agencies to deliver key objectives and priorities.
  • Develop and implement predictive analytics models, including logistic regression and decision trees, to inform business decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data quality, integrity, and accuracy.
  • Present complex data insights to various stakeholders, including senior leadership and external partners.

Requirements

  • Strong analytical and programming skills, including experience with SQL and Python.
  • Experience with data visualization tools and techniques.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
