About the Role
The Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital is seeking a highly motivated and passionate individual to join our team as a Senior Health Care Assistant. This role is key in continuing our journey to excellence and ensuring that patients are at the heart of everything we do.
Key Responsibilities
- Work with the multidisciplinary team to contribute to the provision of the highest standards of patient care.
- Support the delivery of a high-quality, safe, and compassionate healthcare service.
- Act as a role model to others in all aspects of work and consistently demonstrate the hospital's values of People-focused, Respect, Dedication, Integrity, and Excellence.
- Participate in the admission process and make patients welcome to the clinical area.
- Provide and deliver a high standard of individualized personal nursing care in accordance with the essence of care standards.
Requirements
- City and Guilds NVQ Level 3 in Care/Health and Social Care.
- Some previous experience in a nursing/Care Assistant role.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Effective role model, demonstrating the hospital's PRIDE values.
- Demonstrates understanding and commitment to Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion.
