Key Responsibilities

  • Work with the multidisciplinary team to contribute to the provision of the highest standards of patient care.
  • Support the delivery of a high-quality, safe, and compassionate healthcare service.
  • Act as a role model to others in all aspects of work and consistently demonstrate the hospital's values of People-focused, Respect, Dedication, Integrity, and Excellence.
  • Participate in the admission process and make patients welcome to the clinical area.
  • Provide and deliver a high standard of individualized personal nursing care in accordance with the essence of care standards.

Requirements

  • City and Guilds NVQ Level 3 in Care/Health and Social Care.
  • Some previous experience in a nursing/Care Assistant role.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Effective role model, demonstrating the hospital's PRIDE values.
  • Demonstrates understanding and commitment to Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion.
