About the Role

We're looking for a talented and experienced leader to join our PartsPlus team as a Centre Manager. As a key member of our management team, you'll be responsible for leading, managing, and motivating our colleagues to deliver exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement business strategies to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction
  • Lead and manage a high-performing team, providing coaching and support to ensure they have the skills and resources needed to succeed
  • Monitor and analyze business performance, identifying opportunities for improvement and taking action to address any deviations
  • Ensure compliance with business standards and processes, maintaining a high level of security and integrity
  • Develop and manage a structured business plan, delivering on key sales objectives and targets

Requirements

  • Proven management experience, with a track record of success in a similar role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Strong business acumen, with a good understanding of sales and marketing principles
  • Ability to develop and implement business strategies, with a focus on customer satisfaction and sales growth
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities for improvement and take action to address any deviations
