Butler Rose is pleased to be supporting a premium manufacturing brand with the recruitment of a Senior Operations Finance Business Partner vacancy. Our client has demonstrated 10% revenue growth and are expected to have record profits this financial year.

The Senior Operations Finance Business Partner will play a pivotal role within a newly created finance function, which has been divided into two streams - Financial Control and Finance Business Partnering, the Finance Business Partnering team is leading the charge in fostering an analytical culture, elevating decision-making, and refining the business model.

Key Role Responsibilities:

- Strategically manage and optimise operational costs and efficiencies, concentrating on labour, material waste, and engineering spend.
- Act as a strategic business partner to the Operations Director and senior leadership team, contributing significantly to the Ops Senior Leadership Team.
- Provide timely, insightful information, professional advice, and data interpretation to actively shape the decision-making process.
- Take ownership of the budgeting and forecasting process for the business, showcasing expertise in financial modelling.
- Collaborate closely with cost centre owners to reconcile financial performance against budgets/plans.

Person Specification
- Qualified ACCA / CIMA / ACA or equivalent with manuafacturing experience
- Demonstrated high drive and personal motivation.
- Adept at engaging with individuals at all organisational levels, from leadership to operational teams.
- Possess a keen business acumen to identify opportunities and innovative solutions.
- Proficient in data analysis, especially with Excel and relevant tools.
- Ambitious and committed to making a substantial impact by implementing transformative ideas.
