Position: Deputy Manager

Salary: £28,000 per annum - 40 hours per week

Key Responsibilities of the Deputy Manager

  • Assist in the daily management and operation of the unit, focusing on sales growth, budget management, and compliance with brand standards.
  • Ensure high-quality customer service is consistently delivered.
  • Report to the Restaurant Manager, providing insights on performance and potential areas for improvement.

Required Skills & Knowledge

  • Understanding of profit maximization through effective sales strategies and cost control.
  • Ability to foster strong relationships with team members and stakeholders.
  • Commitment to upholding brand standards and operational excellence.
  • Proven experience in managing teams within a high-volume retail or food service environment.
  • Efficient management skills to ensure timely completion of tasks.
