About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Operations and Workforce Planning Analyst to join our team at ABM UK. As a key member of our workforce planning function, you will play a critical role in ensuring the strategic goals of our organization are met through effective demand and supply modeling, capacity planning, and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create long-term, mid-range, and short-term demand and labor plans to support business decisions.
  • Develop and maintain advanced statistical methodologies to analyze data and inform decision-making.
  • Design and implement best-fit rosters to meet operational needs and optimize staffing levels.
  • Ensure the workforce management system is up-to-date with new hires, leavers, and skill set changes.
  • Lead projects to improve processes and implement best practices within and across sites.
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external customers to ensure high-quality and timely completion of work requests.
