Key Responsibilities
- Process payroll accurately and efficiently, ensuring compliance with payroll policy, procedures, and relevant legislation.
- Liaise closely with the payroll provider, business, and HR Department to resolve payroll-related queries and issues.
- Manage payroll timetable and internal deadlines, ensuring timely and accurate payroll processing.
- Administer salary sacrifice schemes, pension scheme memberships, and other employee benefits.
- Reconcile wage accounts and maintain accurate financial records.
- Provide excellent customer service to employees, responding to payroll-related queries and concerns.
Requirements
- AAT qualification or equivalent experience in payroll management.
- Proven experience managing a payroll for a large number of employees with various allowance structures.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.
