Angus Lift Trucks Careers is seeking a highly skilled Service Manager to join our team. As a Service Manager, you will be responsible for the overall service operation of our depot, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of field-based engineers and a small office-based team to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve engineer productivity, asset upkeep, and customer satisfaction.
- Manage fleet spend and parts authorizations, as well as PM schedules, to ensure optimal resource allocation.
- Provide training and development opportunities to staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Collaborate with the depot manager to achieve business objectives and goals.
Requirements:
- Technical background in Materials Handling or a related field.
- Proven leadership and management experience, with a track record of motivating and organizing teams.
