About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Service Manager to join our Mental Health Services Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing a team of mental health practitioners within educational settings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide leadership and guidance to a team of mental health practitioners.
  • Coordinate and support the delivery of a range of Whole School Approach activities.
  • Develop and implement mental health programs and interventions tailored to the unique needs of students and educational staff.
  • Conduct assessments and provide individual and group therapy to students dealing with mild to moderate mental health difficulties.
  • Collaborate with school administrators, teachers, leadership teams, and parents/carers to create a supportive and inclusive mental health framework.
  • Stay informed about current trends, research, and best practices in mental health and education.
  • Offer training and professional development to education staff.
