Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced LTQR (Lifetime Quality Records) Lead to join our team at KBR, Inc.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define Requirements: Utilize designated Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS) to define LTQR requirements.
  • Stakeholder Management: Act as the main point of contact for LTQR activities with stakeholders.
  • Document Management: Manage electronic and hard copy document management systems.
  • Configuration Control: Oversee the distribution and end-to-end configuration control of documents.
  • Prepare Data Reports: Prepare data reports on document status for the Senior Leadership Team.

Requirements:

  • Excellent document management skills and experience of EDMS and metadata schemas.
  • Effective communication skills and stakeholder management.

Work Environment:

This position is hybrid with 3 days per week at the office in Glasgow City Centre.
