About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled professional to lead our Psychological Therapies services. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating and delivering evidence-based psychological therapies across all directorates within Devon Partnership NHS Trust.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to increase and sustain provision of specified psychological therapies.
  • Ensure appropriate supervision, training, and governance processes are in place for each therapy model.
  • Work with Strategic Leads, workforce, and training leads to plan, enable, and ensure robust governance of high-quality Psychological Therapies practice.
  • Support future workforce planning, training needs, and supervision requirements for the delivery of formal model-based Psychological Therapies.
  • Lead on the organisation and development of post-incident staff support across the Trust.
