About the Role

This is a senior leadership position within the Devon Partnership NHS Trust, responsible for coordinating and strategically delivering evidence-based psychological therapies across all directorates.

The successful candidate will work closely with the Head of Psychological Professions and Strategic Leads to support strategic planning, increase and sustain provision of specified psychological therapies, and ensure appropriate supervision, training, and governance processes are in place.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic plans for psychological therapies across the Trust
  • Work with Strategic Leads to ensure robust governance of high-quality psychological therapies practice
  • Support future workforce planning, training needs, and supervision requirements for the delivery of formal model-based psychological therapies
  • Lead on the organisation and development of post-incident staff support across the Trust
  • Provide psychological expertise and represent the Trust in internal and external forums
