About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join Devon Partnership NHS Trust as a Strategic Lead for Psychological Therapies. As a senior professional, you will play a key role in coordinating and delivering evidence-based psychological therapies across all directorates within the Trust.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with the Head of Psychological Professions and Strategic Leads to develop and implement strategic plans for increasing and sustaining provision of specified psychological therapies.
  • Ensure appropriate supervision, training, and governance processes are in place for each therapy model.
  • Take governance leadership responsibilities for other agreed specified areas of psychological practice, such as post-incident staff support.
  • Provide psychological practice expertise to the Devon Integrated Care System as required.
