Job Description

Role Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Technical Team Leader to join our Production team at Eurocell Group PLC. As a Technical Team Leader, you will be responsible for supervising a team of PVCu Technicians and ensuring the smooth operation of our production processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate a team of PVCu Technicians to achieve production targets and maintain high-quality standards.
  • Ensure that your team is fully trained and confident in their roles and responsibilities.
  • Monitor and control production processes to minimize waste and maximize efficiency.
  • Investigate and report any safety incidents or near misses, and implement corrective actions to prevent reoccurrence.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and quality.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a production or manufacturing environment, with a focus on team leadership and supervision.
  • Strong knowledge of production processes and quality control procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and lead a team.
  • Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures, with a focus on preventing accidents and injuries.
