As a result of our ongoing expansion and an internal promotion, we are seeking an Inbound Enquiries Sales Team Leader to enhance our Sales and Marketing Team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing a team of Customer Experience Advisors to drive collaborative sales efforts.
  • Inspiring and training team members to achieve sales targets.
  • Facilitating recruitment, training, and professional development for the team.
  • Delivering exceptional service by leveraging product knowledge to maximize upselling opportunities, while ensuring accurate sales procedures and record-keeping.
  • Collaborating with colleagues across departments to enhance operational efficiency and service delivery.
  • Coordinating demonstrations for our Field and online assessment teams, managing schedules for optimal resource use.
  • Guiding customers thoughtfully through their decision-making journey.
  • Completing sales transactions over the phone, ensuring compliance with company policies and guidelines.
  • Monitoring sales metrics and KPIs, setting objectives, and devising strategies to meet these goals.
  • Creating action plans to boost team performance and productivity.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar leadership role.
  • Familiarity with MRP systems.
  • Technically inclined with a strong understanding of relevant tools.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite.
  • Genuine interest in the automotive industry.
  • Strong motivational skills with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
