As a result of our ongoing growth and an internal promotion, we are seeking an Inbound Enquiries Sales Team Leader to enhance our Sales and Marketing Team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Guide a team of Customer Experience Advisors in collaborative sales efforts.
  • Inspire and train team members to achieve sales targets.
  • Support the recruitment, training, and development of the sales team.
  • Deliver exceptional service, leveraging product knowledge to maximize upselling opportunities and ensure thorough record-keeping.
  • Collaborate with colleagues from various departments to enhance efficiency and service delivery.
  • Manage the scheduling of demonstrations for our Field and online assessment teams, ensuring optimal resource allocation.
  • Assist customers thoughtfully throughout their decision-making journey.
  • Facilitate sales transactions over the phone, ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Monitor sales metrics and KPIs, establish sales objectives, and devise strategies to meet these goals.
  • Create action plans to boost team performance and productivity.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar leadership role.
  • Familiarity with MRP systems.
  • Technically inclined.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite.
  • Genuine interest in the automotive industry.
  • Strong motivational skills with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
