About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sous Chef to join our team at The Stamford Bridge, a popular pub in Chester. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional food quality and standards, working closely with our Head Chef to lead and mentor our brigade.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain high standards of food quality and presentation
  • Support the Head Chef in leading and mentoring the kitchen team
  • Develop and implement new menu ideas and seasonal specials
  • Manage stock and labour costs to achieve GP targets
  • Ensure a 5-star rating for health and safety processes
