Waking Nights Support Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team in Caerphilly. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing emotional and practical support to young people in our care.
Key Responsibilities- Provide day-to-day support to young people, empowering them to gain independence and reach their full potential.
- Work collaboratively with the young person's keyworker to develop and implement support plans.
- Engage and build strong relationships with young people, understanding the impacts of homelessness, domestic abuse, and trauma.
