About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our Learning & Development team as an Administrative Assistant. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the department, including planning and organizing internal and external training events.

Main Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the organization of brand, external, and internal training events, including management development programs, supervisor and manager training, and hotel and travel bookings.
  • Process invoices related to the department and events organized.
  • Manage the administration of our Jewellery Education Training (JET) courses, including applications and general administration.
  • Organize First Aid training, new and refresher courses, and general administration.
  • Manage the completion of our annual compliance courses on e-learning.
  • Print learning materials.
  • Manage department budgets and costs.
  • Keep all colleague training records up to date.
  • Provide quarterly reporting on progress of training events and personal development/achievements.
  • Support the L&D management team with new initiatives and courses.
