We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our Learning & Development team as an Administrative Assistant. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the department, including planning and organizing internal and external training events.
Main Responsibilities- Coordinate the organization of brand, external, and internal training events, including management development programs, supervisor and manager training, and hotel and travel bookings.
- Process invoices related to the department and events organized.
- Manage the administration of our Jewellery Education Training (JET) courses, including applications and general administration.
- Organize First Aid training, new and refresher courses, and general administration.
- Manage the completion of our annual compliance courses on e-learning.
- Print learning materials.
- Manage department budgets and costs.
- Keep all colleague training records up to date.
- Provide quarterly reporting on progress of training events and personal development/achievements.
- Support the L&D management team with new initiatives and courses.
