As a Consultant Geriatrician, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to older patients with frailty, working closely with our multidisciplinary team to deliver excellent patient outcomes.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Contribute to the development and implementation of our Frailty Strategy
* Provide leadership and guidance to junior doctors and other healthcare professionals
* Participate in the 'Geriatrician of the Day' rota, coordinating referrals from GPs, paramedics, and community teams
* Adhere to the 'Duties of a Doctor' as defined by the General Medical Council

**Person Specification:**

* Full registration and a license to practice with the GMC
* Entry on the GMC Specialist Register for Geriatric Medicine (or relevant specialty) via: CCT (CCT date must be within 6 months of the interview date) or Portfolio Pathway (previously CESR)
* MBBS or equivalent
* MRCP or equivalent

**Salary and Benefits:**

* £105,504 to £139,882 a year depending on experience, plus London Weighting
* Permanent contract
* Full-time, part-time, job share, flexible working options available
