Clinical Services Director Pharmacy

Circle Health Group is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Services Manager to lead our pharmacy department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the management and daily running of the pharmacy department, ensuring the safe and effective provision of medicine management services to all patients, staff, consultants, and customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide clinical direction and leadership for the pharmacy department, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care and services.
- Manage the safe and effective medicine management service, including the coordination of medication supplies, storage, and disposal.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Lead and manage a team of pharmacy staff, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities to ensure their success.
- Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of pharmacy services and support.
- Registration as a pharmacist on the General Pharmaceutical Council register or a registered pharmacy technician on the General Pharmaceutical Council technicians register.
- Knowledge of General Pharmaceutical Council Codes of Professional Conduct, Ethics, and Performance and their implications for practice.
- Knowledge of the Care Standards Act and Care and Quality Commission Requirements.
