Clinical Services Director Pharmacy

Circle Health Group is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Services Manager to lead our pharmacy department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the management and daily running of the pharmacy department, ensuring the safe and effective provision of medicine management services to patients, staff, consultants, and customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide clinical direction and leadership for the pharmacy department, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care and services.
- Manage the safe and effective medicine management service, including workforce planning, monthly rostering, and daily review.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve pharmacy services, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of pharmacy services and promote a culture of safety and quality.
- Recruit, train, and develop pharmacy staff, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide excellent patient care.
- Degree in Pharmacy (M Pharm, B Pharm, or BSc Pharmacy) and registered as a pharmacist on the General Pharmaceutical Council register or a registered pharmacy technician on the General Pharmaceutical Council technicians register.
- Knowledge of General Pharmaceutical Council Codes of Professional Conduct, Ethics, and Performance and their implications for practice.
- Knowledge of the Care Standards Act and Care and Quality Commission Requirements.
