As a Specialist Recruitment Consultant to the Automotive Industry, we are seeking a highly skilled Dealership Accountant to join our team at Chris Eastwood Automotive Ltd.
The successful candidate will be responsible for producing accurate and timely monthly management accounts and balance sheet for the dealership. They will also monitor the financial performance of each department, advise senior managers of variances, and produce detailed analyses when required.
Additionally, the ideal candidate will assist in ensuring all financial transactions are accurate and up to date, report and distribute weekly vehicle-related debts, and ensure collection is monitored. They will also prepare annual business plans in conjunction with management and liaise with auditors and other statutory representatives as necessary.
Requirements:
- Previous retail automotive accounts experience.
- Excellent understanding of accounting processes.
- Experience with Kerridge is required.
- This position requires previous motor retail experience.
