Senior Account Manager

Our client, a leading Corporate Travel Business, is seeking a Senior Account Manager to manage and grow a global client account.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee a large global account in a client-facing capacity
  • Work closely with the client to understand their objectives and anticipate their needs
  • Proactively support the client to enhance income and achieve goals
  • Drive growth by managing complex business needs on the travel side and oversee account reviews and improvement plans
  • Conduct data analysis and reporting, as well as manage contracts, service agreements, and performance
  • Represent the company at events and have regular face-to-face meetings with the client team
Requirements:
  • Experience as an account manager or senior account manager for a Corporate Travel Management Company
  • Strong project management, analytical, and strategic skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office
About the Role:

This is a hybrid role working 3 days a week in a brand-new office in the Glasgow region.
