**Job Summary**
Centrepoint, the UK's leading youth homelessness charity, is seeking an experienced Acquisition Manager (Agency Face-to-Face) to join our Individual Giving Team based in London.
We are looking for a skilled professional to manage the performance of our agency programme, including overseeing all campaigns and developing strategic and operational plans for the year. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of developing and implementing successful fundraising strategies, as well as excellent communication and project management skills.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage the performance of the agency programme, including overseeing all campaigns and developing strategic and operational plans for the year.
- Develop and implement successful fundraising strategies to meet or exceed annual targets.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including agency partners and Centrepoint staff.
- Collaborate with the Individual Giving Team to develop and implement a comprehensive fundraising strategy.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of fundraising campaigns and make recommendations for improvement.
