Responsibilities

As a Graduate Management Trainee, you'll be empowered to make business decisions that impact your career and the bottom line. You'll gain responsibility for developing new business and maintaining current relationships. You'll be responsible for understanding cost control, reading your branch's profit and loss statement, and understanding what it takes to run a profitable business. You'll also learn how to deliver exceptional customer service and develop skills in sales, problem-solving, and conflict management.

Qualifications

  • A Bachelor's degree is preferred; however, professional experience can be substituted if applicable.
  • You must have a full manual UK or EU driving license, but we make accommodations for applicants who don't drive due to a disability.
  • No drug or alcohol-related offense on your driving record within the last five years is permitted.
