Trainee Store Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious individual to join our team as a Trainee Store Manager. As a key member of our retail leadership team, you will play a vital role in driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and developing the skills and knowledge of our store teams.
Key Responsibilities- Lead by example in promoting and recommending complementary products, demonstrating confidence with selling and excellent product knowledge.
- Motivate and coach the team to deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers.
- Resourcing and drafting rotas, working within budget to optimize store performance.
- Manage stock levels, analyze sales performance data, and make recommendations for improving sales performance.
- Ensure all company standards are implemented and maintained, including merchandising and administrative tasks.
- Support the delivery of key performance indicators (KPIs) and meet all company standards.
- Assist in recruitment and training of the team, developing their skills and knowledge to achieve business objectives.
- A hands-on leader with experience in retail or a related industry sector.
- A positive, flexible approach with a can-do attitude, energy, and enthusiasm.
- The ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong numeracy skills, attention to detail, and a methodical approach to work.
- Full flexibility across the week, with the ability to travel to different stores as required.
