Peterborough Trainee Store Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious individual to join our team as a Trainee Manager at Deichmann. As a Trainee Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the store team and contributing to the success of our business.
Key Responsibilities:- Motivate and coach the team to deliver exceptional customer service
- Lead by example in promoting and recommending complementary shoe care products, demonstrating confidence with selling and excellent product knowledge
- Resourcing and drafting rotas, working within budget
- Stock management and analysis
- Analysing and interpreting sales performance data and reports
- Making recommendations for ways to improve sales performance, based on analysis of quantitative and qualitative data and identification of customer insights
- Ensure all company standards are implemented and maintained
- Support the delivery of KPIs, meeting all company standards
- Assist in recruitment and training of the team
- A hands-on leader with experience in retail or a related industry sector
- A positive and flexible approach with a can-do attitude
- Energy and enthusiasm, with the ability to work under pressure in a demanding fast-paced environment
- The confidence and ability to motivate, coach, and inspire the team
- Numerate and attention to detail
- A good communicator with spatial awareness
- Methodical, organised, and structured approach to work
We offer a competitive salary of £28,000 per annum, as well as first-class training and development opportunities. You will have the chance to work in a variety of stores across the surrounding area, including Serpentine Green, Kings Lynn, and Bury St Edmunds.
