We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Manager to join our team at Capital Resourcing Group. As a Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for designing and executing direct-to-customer marketing campaigns to drive lifetime value, loyalty, and spend using our leading automated marketing systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies using data and insight to drive customer engagement and loyalty.
  • Design and execute direct-to-customer marketing campaigns using our real-time data and traditional methods such as RFM segmentation, lifecycle journeys, triggered campaigns, and personalized content.
  • Deliver the marketing plan using the appropriate channel, with a focus on leveraging our highly rated App with Push/Rich Inbox campaigns, Direct Mail, SMS, targeted emails, and Coupon at Till.
  • Manage marketing budgets and ROI targets to ensure maximum return on investment.
  • Use customer segmentation, data, and reports to drive more personalized marketing messages based on behavior, product, channel, and message using a test-and-learn methodology.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in people management and leadership.
  • Strong understanding of direct marketing principles, particularly in using digital channels such as App Push, Rich Inbox, and Email.
  • Ability to interpret complex information and present it in a simple, user-friendly format.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and numerical skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel, with the ability to interpret and translate data.
  • Experience with campaign management and reporting software is an advantage.
