Payroll Administrator

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Payroll Officer to join our team on an interim basis at a busy operational hotel in the Greater London area. As a Payroll Officer, you will be responsible for processing accurate and timely payroll for all hotel employees.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end payroll cycle, including data input, calculations, and disbursements.
- Ensure compliance with UK tax regulations and employment laws.
- Handle payroll queries from staff and management promptly and professionally.
- Prepare and submit statutory returns, including PAYE and National Insurance contributions.
- Reconcile payroll accounts and generate reports for management review.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive payroll information.
- Collaborate with HR to process new hires, terminations, and changes in employee status.
What We Offer:
- General office hours Monday to Friday, with the option for part-time hours on an interim basis.
- Hourly rate of £15.00 per hour, paid weekly.
Requirements:
- Experience in payroll processing and management.
- Knowledge of UK tax regulations and employment laws.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
