Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare job offer packs and ensure timely completion.
  • Collate new starter details, build employee files, and add new starters to the payroll system.
  • Respond to reference requests and maintain confidentiality.

  • Support audits, ensuring issues are flagged to Directors.
