As a Financial Operations Analyst, you will oversee the daily treasury functions, encompassing cash management, investment strategies, debt oversight, and banking partnerships. Your role will involve delivering precise and timely reporting and analysis of treasury activities, including cash flow forecasting.

Key Responsibilities

Assist the Tax Manager with broader projects as necessary. Maintain a strong relationship with banking partners. Ensure effective communication with all deposit counterparties.
Calculate, analyze, and report on daily cash and gearing positions. Manage daily operations of money market funds and bank deposits.

• Complete weekly cash reporting for all accounts.

• Prepare monthly management accounts, analyzing cash positions and explaining any variances from the budget. Develop the Monthly Treasury Dashboard and Board Report. Prepare cash and interest budgets/forecasts as needed. Arrange and execute large bank payments. Process non-accounts payable related bank transactions. Manage and repay bond and loan interest payments and associated fees. Update and prepare models for bonds and swaps. Ensure bank mandates and signatories are current and properly maintained. Uphold internal controls and procedures for all treasury functions. Fulfill responsibilities as an administrator on banking systems. Maintain intercompany loan schedules and ensure timely interest payments.
Prepare semi-annual information covenants. Compile audit items and respond to audit inquiries. Open and close bank accounts as necessary. Address KYC requests from counterparties. Support the Treasurer and Treasury Manager in various treasury-related tasks.

Required Skills

Possess or be pursuing a foundational financial qualification, or have relevant experience. Ability to apply fundamental accounting principles. Understanding of internal control and compliance standards. Familiarity with accounting regulations. Proficient in Microsoft Excel. Strong communication abilities.
