About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at Mitsubishi Electric. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering on-site technical support across our range of products, ensuring exceptional customer service and providing solutions to complex technical issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide on-site technical support for our customers, including commissioning, health checks, fault finding, and investigative works.
  • Act in a polite and courteous manner at all times, providing exceptional levels of customer support.
  • Comply with Health & Safety regulations and support the administration team in creating risk assessments and method statements.
  • Liaise with other areas of the business to achieve customer-centric outcomes and deliver a 'best in industry' service.

Requirements:

  • NVQ Level 3 in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning.
  • Experience working with Electrical and Electronic components and safe working practices.
  • Familiarity with Mitsubishi Electric Maintenance Tool and training qualifications.
  • CSCS Skills Card and driving license.
