We are actively seeking to expand our committed and skilled team of care assistants at Lammas Lodge, a part of Priory Adult Care.

Lammas Lodge is a 7-bed residential facility catering to adults with learning disabilities, autism, and challenging behaviours. Our mission is to empower individuals to make informed choices regarding the support they receive.

Our ideal night care assistant will:

Be dependable, compassionate, and supportive to assist our residents in achieving their daily objectives (including personal care) Be capable of facilitating in-house activities and interests Be observant and motivate our residents to reach their potential Be resilient and assist in managing challenging behaviours

Shift patterns are organized on a 2-week rota from 8pm - 8am

Week one - Monday, Tuesday, Saturday & Sunday

Week two - Wednesday, Thursday & Friday
