Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist clients with personal hygiene, including toileting and continence management.
  • Support clients in their daily routines, including getting up in the morning and going to bed at night.
  • Administer medication as per the agreed support level and maintain accurate records of care provided.
  • Prepare meals while considering clients' preferences, dietary needs, and cultural requirements.
  • Perform light domestic duties, such as housekeeping and laundry, as outlined in the care plan.
  • Adhere to health and safety regulations, promoting a safe environment for clients and staff.
  • Provide care to individuals from diverse backgrounds, ensuring a respectful and inclusive approach.
